Any future revenue sharing programs are at the sole discretion of xelly.games and do not create any implied rights or expectations of compensation.
Users must not post illegal, offensive, or harmful content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.
While our platform isolates all user-submitted games and content in a sandboxed environment designed to limit potential harm, you agree not to intentionally submit or distribute any content, including code, that:

We are not liable for content submitted by users, including any infringement of third-party rights. We do not pre-screen content and disclaim responsibility for user actions.
